Most significantly, the study found that “ICU admission was 12 percentage points lower (p = 0.018) and intubation rates were 6 percentage points lower (p = 0.017) in cannabis users,” even after adjusting for age, sex, BMI, and tobacco smoking history.”

#californiacannabis – “SB 2188 also includes a list of exemptions for workers in the building and construction trades as well as people who are employed in positions that require a federal background investigation or security clearance. It also exempts businesses that have to abide by stricter testing rules to qualify for federal licensing and contracts.”

I would say it’s closer to we are pulling out of the death spiral but I haven’t seen any evidence that we have fully pulled out.
